NIKUVEGE is a "soy meat" developed by Tastable that does not use any animal ingredients. The aroma of charcoal-grilled finishes the flavor as if you were eating meat. In addition, NIKUVEGE is seasoned with kelp and other ingredients that are familiar to Japanese people and have a strong flavor.
