"Colors, Future! Summit 2024" is a summit to envision and expand the future of our "cities" and "society" as Kawasaki embarks on a new century. To mark this occasion, UNI COFFEE ROASTERY, operated by GRACE Co., Ltd., has partnered with the sustainable brand "GREEN KEWPIE" by Kewpie Corporation and "NIKUVEGE," a plant-based meat by Tastable Co., Ltd., to release an exclusive plant-based burger for the event.

A Yokohama-based café brand with a mission to "refresh people and the world through coffee." Its sustainable sweets, such as the "Nama Donut," made with irregularly shaped pumpkins, are highly popular and often sell out daily.
GREEN KEWPIE
A sustainable brand by Kewpie, offering plant-based products like the egg-replicating "HOBOTAMA" (Almost-Egg), "Plant-Based Mayonnaise Type" made without eggs, and various plant-based dressings and pasta sauces.
NIKUVEGE
A series of plant-based meats focusing on taste, not just as a substitute for animal meat. Products include hamburgers and ground meat-like items developed without animal-derived ingredients, primarily for commercial use, with growing adoption in restaurants and hotels.
