Sojitz Corporation (hereinafter "Sojitz") and Fuji Nihon Seito Corporation (hereinafter "Fuji Nihon Seito") develop, design, and sell food products such as the vegetable meat "NIKUVEGE". We have agreed to undertake a third-party allotment of shares (a wholly owned subsidiary of Unitec Foods Co., Ltd. ("Unitec Foods")) and jointly invest in the company.
