The 4th menu using "NIKUVEGE" from Tastable Co., Ltd., which has been well received by "Gate CAFE" operated by Twinbird Corporation, is now available.
NIKUVEGE is a "soy meat" developed by Tastable that does not use any animal ingredients. The aroma of charcoal-grilled finishes the flavor as if you were eating meat. In addition, NIKUVEGE is seasoned with kelp and other ingredients that are familiar to Japanese people and have a strong flavor. Utilizing Tastable's original technology, we reproduced the juicy texture like eating real animal meat.
In June, as the third collaboration menu, we released “Tantan Salad Udon”, which uses “NIKUVEGE Minced Soboro” and is easy to eat and delicious in the summer. (* Offer ended on September 16)
