We introduced "NIKUVEGE" at THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2023, the largest food and beverage exhibition in Southeast Asia, which was held for five days from May 23rd (Tuesday) to May 27th (Saturday) in Bangkok, Thailand. This was our first time participating in an overseas trade show as Tastable, and we had the opportunity to offer samples of NIKUVEGE for people to taste. Tastable participated in the exhibition as the "Future Food" booth, and we received many positive comments about our plant-based meat that harnesses the UMAMI taste of Japan without the strong soybean flavor. We will continue our efforts to deliver NIKUVEGE not only within Japan but also to people around the world.
